Deepest Condolences : To Our Loving Friend, Bassist and Goodman -Wan Hazlan (Lang) .1977 - 2008

Thank’s to all who rushing out to the hospital after getting our calls  this morning…It was a long,tired and moody sad day.

< Mang > My phone’s ringing around 5.30 AM yesterday morning, a very shocked call from Tojeng rushed me to come to General Hospital immediately… ” Lang dlm keadaan kritikal dah ni… 90 - 10 dah..teruk” without asking why, i’m getting a cab and heading straight to GH…

Arrived and there's Yus,Tojeng and Jaja.. i’m heading straight into the critical room accompanied by Tojeng and there’s Lang lying unconsciously with blood spurting all over coming out from his neck and with the doctor’s busy clean it up here and there…

I’m shaking all over with random thoughts in my head keep saying that lang was in heavy road accidents.  

But it’s all slipping out cos actually he was beaten to death by “Unknown” brutal assailant. Random absurb jealousy case. Abducted from the vicinity of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre at about 10.30 PM last night after he finish working then they bring him to somewhere around Ulu Yam and do the fucking heavy beating there…

Panic due to Lang in coma, they drop him of at Tawakal Hospital around 3.00 AM something .Then around 4.00 AM ,Tawakal Hospital send Lang to GH due to nobody’s gonna pay their thousand ringgit worth of bills.

Around 10.30 AM, the doctor transfer him from the critical room to Neurology ward to do a brain scan and the doctor told that the chances is so so thin for him to carry on.

Then around 1.30 PM in Neurology ward, after struggling with all the pain, Lang finally leaving us...                                                           with all the Family members and friends were there.The Atmosphere was intense and sad....

Cut the story short, it was so sad and we all still in heavy big shock. All of us who were at the hospitals still cannot believed this happened because to those who knows Lang, he was such a very nice guy and soft spoken, easy on everybody’s and everybody’s will go easy with him.. What type of person who dare to do this to such a very nice easy going person like Lang.. Love is dead.Maybe.

It was all due to severe brain damage and broken bones all over his skull, broken spine, lots of blood clogging inside the brain and his lung is down.

According to Doctor, if he's alive, he can only hold on for maximum two days...or if he survived, he'll be paralysed for life.

May God Bless His Soul On a safe journey to a better place than here…Al-Fatihah.

Kuchalana last show with Lang was at The Annexe Central Market,on 22 July 2007 where we supporting the Cyclown Circus and that was also the last gig that we doing together. After that we kind of hardly seeing each other due to everybody's in the band is busy with life normality and at the same time Yus also waiting for his first baby to born, Apuk getting married, Masrur working in Terengganu and so on. 

No Jamming at all, just pouring out some ideas,having a good ol' time laughs and now we'll in shaped for a sort of a comeback.. even earlier Lang told us that he cannot give a full commitment to the band and give us a courage to go on even he's not playing...

Kuchalana will never be the same again without Lang…

There's some sort of big empty spaces in the band without his silly banters & jokes and his bassline.....
So,maybe we’ll let Kuchalana live together with Lang forever…..
